The Monsterpiece Angry Dick 2000 Fuzz is a hand-built effects pedal celebrated for recreating the classic, aggressive tones of the vintage Jordan BossTone circuit. Known for delivering a mean, nasty, and angry fuzz, the pedal remains surprisingly musical and dynamic. The pedal features simple Volume and Fuzz controls. The modern V2 version includes a key feature: a mini-toggle switch to select between two distinct voicings of the classic circuit. The "Tennessee" (TN) voicing offers a fat sound with a strong bottom end and compression. The "California" (CA) voicing rolls off some low-end, making the mids more prominent and articulate. This versatility allows the player to match the fuzz to different guitars or pickup types. When the Fuzz control is set low, the pedal can also produce subtle lower octave undertones before it enters self-oscillation.
