Gut Ripper
The B85 audio Gut Ripper is a floor-standing hi-gain guitar distortion based on the Wampler Triple Wreck circuit, with minor modifications, such as boosting the gain and a buffer at the end of the distortion for an overall kick in the sound. The Gut Ripper is similar in sound to hi-gain amplifiers such as the Mesa Boogie Dual Rectifier or Peavey 5150. The effect has a Volume control for overall volume, Gain for adjusting the final distortion, Bass, Middle and Treble for adjusting the frequency bands, and Cream, which can be used to adjust the sound from fuzz sound to full tone. This function is fully self-sufficient and can be used as a separate effect. There is also a Face switch on the effect, which can be used to switch the effect to a more brutal sound. The entire effect is handmade except the printed circuit board. Due to its complexity, I had it made more professionally. Components on the board are installed by me, of course. The front plate is engraved into two-layer plastic.
