CE-2B Chorus
The BOSS CE-2B Bass Chorus, introduced in 1987, was the company’s first chorus pedal specifically engineered for the frequency range of a bass guitar. Part of the iconic "brown" series, it is built around the legendary MN3007 bucket-brigade device (BBD) chip and MN3101 clock driver, providing high-quality analog modulation similar to the classic CE-2. A defining feature is its Effect Level (Mix) knob, which allows musicians to blend the dry signal with the modulated sound, ensuring that the foundational low-end punch remains intact while adding lush, shimmering textures to the higher harmonics. It also includes standard Rate and Depth controls to adjust the speed and intensity of the effect.
