Ghosts 6-Voice Polyphonic Chordal Resonator
The Kinotone Ghosts 6-Voice Polyphonic Chordal Resonator is a unique physical modeling engine designed to transform sound from organic realism to spectral fantasy. It features 6-voice polyphony and allows users to excite the resonators using external audio, a built-in contact mic, or MIDI notes. Ghosts includes flexible, high-fidelity physical models (Strings, Tubes, Bars) and can reharmonize the voices to 12 preset chords, custom chords, and microtonal scales. As a polyphonic MIDI instrument, the resonator voices can be retuned directly via a connected keyboard, and it offers multiple MIDI exciter options like pluck, strike, and air. A key integrated feature is Terrazzo, a streaming granular processor that disassembles sound into fragments and binds them into new forms, creating lush textures or rhythmic exciters. The pedal also includes a built-in looper to capture gestures, allowing for a fully playable physical modeling experience and deep sonic manipulation.
