Geminus Stereo True Double Tracker
The KMA Machines Geminus Stereo True Double Tracker is a compact, dual-function effects pedal designed to replicate the studio technique of double-tracking live on stage. It functions as a thickener and widener, effectively making one instrument sound like two. At its core is a proprietary True Double-Tracker (TDT) algorithm that uses AI-driven onset detection to create the doubled signal. Key controls include TDT Width, which sets the pan width of the stereo field, and Time, which adjusts the "tightness" or looseness of the doubled signal to fit different playing styles. A Level knob balances the volume of the doubled signal, and a Pitch switch adds optional modulation. The pedal features versatile signal routing, supporting TRS input and output for various configurations: mono in/stereo out (the ideal double-tracking mode), stereo in/stereo out, or mono in/mono out. It utilizes silent relay-based soft switching and can also be used for spacious stereo modulation, slapback, or chorus effects in mono setups.
