Phasor 2X

Mu-FX's Phasor 2X is a modern reimagining of a true classic. This analog phaser pedal pays homage to the legendary Musitronics Phasor II, but with a host of thoughtful upgrades that make it a must-have for any discerning guitarist. At its core, the Phasor 2X delivers the lush, sweeping modulation that made the original Phasor II a staple of 70s and 80s rock. But Mu-FX has taken it to the next level, providing four or six stages of optical phasing for a richer, more dimensional sound. The addition of a sweep shape control lets you fine-tune the phaser's undulating character, from a subtle shimmer to a bold, oscillating throb. What really sets the Phasor 2X apart, though, is its performance-focused design. Dual sets of phase controls - one for 4-stage and one for 6-stage - make it easy to toggle between dramatically different tones on the fly. And the expression pedal input and stereo output open up a world of creative possibilities, letting you seamlessly integrate the Phasor 2X into complex rigs. Guitarists in the know, like David Gilmour and Eddie Van Halen, have long relied on the Phasor's captivating swirl to elevate their tone. With the Phasor 2X, Mu-FX has taken this iconic effect and pushed it into the modern era, delivering a phaser that's as inspiring to play as it is to listen to.
