Dig Deep Sub-Harmonic Octaver MK3
The OPFXS Dig Deep MK3 Sub-Harmonic Octaver is designed to expand a guitarist's sonic palette by generating authentic, deep bass tones, effectively adding depth and body to a thin guitar sound or simulating a bass guitar's presence. Building on its predecessor's performance, the MK3 offers enhanced control and features for detailed sonic sculpting. Key controls include "Dry" for the original signal level and "Sub Mix" for the generated sub signal's overall level, with separate controls for the -1 Octave and -2 Octave signals. Tonal shaping is managed by "Low Pass" and "High Pass" controls, which cut high and low frequencies respectively, and a "Range" knob to adjust tracking across the fretboard. The "Wave" button selects different sub waveforms for distinct bass sounds. A unique "Split" function separates the dry and sub signals, sending the dry to the main output and the sub to a dedicated SUB output, making it a versatile tool for layered effects and live setups.
