This pedal utilizes MOSFET saturation to sculpt a wide range of dirt, from gritty crunch to thick, saturated fuzz. It is loosely based on the high-gain sounds associated with bands like Weezer and Smashing Pumpkins. The Mo(s)ghoul features versatile tonal shaping with a 3-Band EQ (Low, Mid, Hi). The Low and Mid controls are active, allowing for boost and cut. A key feature is its dynamic response; it can generate snarling walls of fuzz while still cleaning up to crisp, transparent tones simply by rolling back the guitar's volume knob.
