Love Philter V2
The Zorg Effects Love Filter V2 is a versatile, three-module resonant envelope filter pedal, drawing inspiration from classic units like the Moogerfooger and 80s Oberheim synthesizers. Designed as a modular envelope effect, it utilizes dual resonant bandpass filters that sweep to create distinctive, "vocal" or "vowelly" sonic qualities, functioning as anything from an auto-wah to a fixed high-pass resonant filter. Key controls include Frequency, Mix, Resonance, and HP/LP modes. The newer MKII version features dedicated footswitches for bypass and tap tempo, enhancing live performance usability. This effects unit provides musicians, particularly bass and guitar players, with deep control over time-based textures and modulation, enabling a wide range of filter effects and chaotic self-oscillating sounds. It is hand-built in Toulouse, France, making it a powerful boutique tool for sonic experimentation.
