Lander CULT
The Virtues Lander CULT Limited iss. 2 is a boutique, professional-grade fuzz pedal handcrafted in Tokyo, Japan. Developed as an exclusive collaboration between up-and-coming brand Virtues and the specialized effects store CULT, this model is a refined evolution of the original Lander. While the standard Lander focuses on germanium-based NKT275 circuits, the "iss. 2" specifically reproduces the iconic silicon transistor tones of Fuzz Face pedals from the 1969–1973 era. At its technical core, the pedal utilizes vintage Telefunken BC130C and BC108C silicon transistors to deliver a "hysteric" distortion characterized by complex overtones and multiple bandwidth peaks. It is highly regarded for its exceptional touch sensitivity, allowing players to clean up the signal into sparkling, transparent tones simply by rolling back the guitar’s volume. Housed in a durable steel enclosure with a deep blue hammered finish, it features true bypass switching and an LED voltage indicator.
