Developed through a high-profile collaboration between Y.O.S. Guitar Workshop, KarDiaN, and Virtues, this "Four-Five" project offers a unique modification of the classic circuit. The Virtues version focuses on a "Early 808 + Monica" concept, integrating transistor clipping inspired by their own Monica overdrive and a clean volume boost that preserves the instrument's core tone. To ensure an authentic vintage feel, the pedal utilizes RC4558 (Malaysia) chips, replicating the natural, smooth response of a 1980-era reference unit. A practical modern addition is the multi-color LED indicator, which changes hue to signal battery life status. Housed in a custom-designed enclosure with a dedicated metal plate, the TS808 Four-Five balances historical tonal reverence with boutique reliability and exclusive aesthetic appeal for collectors and tone enthusiasts.
